First of all, the hospital is clean but small, and the staff are kind, and the consultation manager is really, really, really kind. The kindest I have ever gone to. I went in after getting a CT scan, and the consultation itself was just ordinary. The director was kind, but hmm.... since this was my first nose surgery, the shape of my nose was the most important thing, so during the consultation I told them what I wanted to improve for the desired nose shape (lower the nose angle a little, and because my nostrils feel small, I do not like the pinched-nose feeling). But the answer was somehow vague, so I ended up just finishing with the consultation.
