They said they would contact me after 4 o'clock the day before surgery, but when 5 o'clock passed and there was still no call, I contacted the director. They didn't answer, so I asked the clinic, and then they said the director couldn't come because of personal reasons and that another director had tried to contact me late, and that they were sorry, but from the perspective of someone about to have surgery, it just sounds like an excuse. I'm wondering if I should cancel the surgery;;
