I thought it was fascinating that they brought out a lump of silicone and held it up to my nose. Out of the clinics I visited, this was the cheapest one and the one that recommended the thickest silicone. When I said what I wanted, they told me that was something to be done during the surgery, which made me feel a bit awkward. The manager was kind and made an effort to keep things comfortable.
