I don't know about the other things, but my consultation with the director was very satisfying. I had gone to several other hospitals too, but while touching my nose, they seemed to examine it in the most detail. They also roughly shaped it with a cotton swab and reflected my needs in what they said. Because it was early, everything went quickly in order: photos, consultation, then consultation with the director, with no waiting.
