The manager was extremely kind and helped lighten the mood. After I finished asking my questions, she asked if I had anything else, and since it was my first surgery and I didn’t know much, she explained everything, even things I hadn’t thought to ask about. The consultation with the director was also good. He listened well to my needs and tried to design accordingly. He clearly distinguished what was possible and what wasn’t.
