The director was extremely kind. The consultation was professional, and they explained my questions kindly without seeming rushed. They were the only one who said goodbye to my mother when we left, telling her to get home safely The estimate was a bit on the high side, so I'm debating it.. The consultation manager was also good at explaining things.
