When I went for consultation because my double eyelid surgery had gone wrong, while the patient was waiting, the doctor's words about not letting me get stressed afterward, that he would fill in everything that was lacking for me, were comforting, so I remember waiting feeling less tired. He was very calm and even said sorry for making me wait, and didn't charge a consultation fee. The manager also gave me coffee while I was waiting, and the hospital atmosphere was kind and clean.
