I knew nothing and thought plastic surgery was easy. I only had consultations at two places. At one place they said they couldn’t do what I wanted, but here they said everything was possible. I can’t remember the exact amount, so I didn’t write it down, but it was incredibly expensive. Even though I knew it was expensive, I thought if I paid a lot they would do a good job, so I had it done about 10 years ago, and for 2 or 3 years I couldn’t close my eyes properly when sleeping. My left eyelid felt like something was constantly pulling on it, and I ended up with sausage-like eyes and uneven eyes. For years now I’ve been looking into revision surgery, but after going through something like this once, I can’t just go to a plastic surgery clinic carelessly anymore
