I didn't look into it properly and just booked the surgery date and put down the deposit after seeing YouTube, blogs, and photos. After reading the reviews for this place, I started feeling uneasy, so I asked the hospital's consulting manager. They said if there's already a scar on the eye, surgery will just create another scar, and when I asked about the side effect of not being able to close the eyes properly, they said whether I have the surgery or not is my choice, and that they can't refund the deposit, so I should handle it myself. In the end, because the surgery carried side effects like more scarring on the eye and difficulty closing the eyes, the surgical agreement said that eye closure could be reduced, the eyes could become uneven, and if revision surgery was needed, additional costs would have to be paid separately with no AS concept at all, so I lost the deposit and gave up the surgery. Since everyone's eyes are different, I asked for a consultation thinking maybe my case would be different, but the doctor's first words were, 'If you're not sure, don't get surgery. We can't refund the deposit.' After hearing that, I thought it would be better for the future to lose the deposit, which was 10 percent of the surgery fee, so I gave up the surgery. Even if I ended up with uneven eyes, more scars, or eyes that don't close fully later, they wouldn't take responsibility.. Honestly, I thought that might be a relief.. I was lured by YouTube and blogs and ended up losing only a lesson fee of several hundred thousand won from not looking into it properly.. Still, when I thought about possibly ruining my eyes and suffering mentally if I went through with it, I felt it was actually a relief... I learned that you shouldn't be swayed by a doctor's words saying everything is possible, and that checking things first is the priority.
