Honestly, the doctor at the hospital is really kind, but they only explain the surgical method and seem to hand everything over to the consultation manager, so that made me a little uneasy. I went there on a friend’s recommendation, so I really just went thinking, I’ll do it here, and that was that. But everyone who handled the consultation and answered the phone was genuinely unpleasant, one and all, so I really didn’t want to do it there. You could think that as long as the surgery goes well, that’s all that matters, but if you inquire at the hospital or call them, you don’t get connected directly to the doctor anyway and end up going through those consultation managers, so I worried a lot... And I couldn’t check the before-and-after photos, so I wasn’t very convinced. The hospital is clean, and there is a separate anesthesiologist. Aside from not being able to see the consultation managers and previous cases, I liked everything else.
