I liked that even though I didn't ask about aftercare, they still explained in detail how it would be handled. I didn't get a CT scan, but they explained my current nose condition in detail, and because the nostrils were the problem, I thought about reducing them too, but they said that if the nostrils were reduced, my nostrils would be too small and the nose tip would actually look fatter. It was very good that they told me exactly whether I should do the surgery or not. But there were fewer male reviews than I expected, so I couldn't set my expectations too high for the surgery.
