The doctor said they only do 2 surgeries a day, but when I went in the late afternoon (around 5 to 6 PM), it felt a little hectic. Both the coordinator and the doctor were kind, but since the surgery method was an incision behind the ear + mini lift, it was not the kind of surgery I had in mind, so I passed.
