Compared to the reviews saying they were kind, the staff at the front desk were just average, so I was like “Huh?” but the manager and the director were really, really kind.. I admit it. It was my first consultation, so I went in with a lot of questions, and they explained everything. I also liked that the price was fixed, and that they said they do only 2 to at most 3 surgeries a day. I liked the feeling that if I went there for surgery, they would take care of me kindly. But there weren't many reviews, and at one of the hospitals I consulted later, they said the area I was worried about was part of the skull, so I plan to go back for another consultation to ask about the surgical scope.. +I also liked that the incision site is two points (lower risk of hair loss) If there were only more reviews, I think I would definitely do it.
