I had sandwich osteotomy of the chin tip a long time ago. Because the nerve line was positioned low, reducing it by the length I wanted would have required shaving it all around, but I did not know that at the time. Since the clinic did not perform circumferential shaving, they used osteotomy and reduced it by about 4 mm, which seemed to be the limit. Even so, it was clearly better than before. I do not know how things are now, but at the time all the staff were kind, and I heard that everyone from the consultation manager onward was a nurse rather than a nursing assistant. The director seemed slightly sensitive but thoughtful, and appeared to have good technical skill and aesthetic sense.
