My double eyelid from a previous partial-incision procedure had become too thin, so I had revision surgery. I chose an in-out fold. Honestly, I was worried because I booked the surgery too hastily after the coordinator said I would get a discount for uploading review photos, but the surgery went really well. At first, the bruising and swelling were severe, but after six months, once everything settled, I had a clear in-out fold that was not too dramatic. I also had lateral canthoplasty, but it seems to have lost much of its effect over time. These days I sometimes wonder whether I should have made the fold a little higher, but I am still satisfied.
