I paid a deposit after the consultation, but I did not go ahead with the surgery. The process is that you first consult with a slightly older consultation manager, then meet the director. Both of them are really nice and kind! I did put down a reservation deposit because I was tempted by the consultation manager's remark that the price was really good, but on the way home I felt so uneasy. The consultation manager kept bringing out their own phone and showing patients' before-and-after photos and such
