I tried an alar injection while being half skeptical, but honestly I am not sure it had much effect... Maybe it is because I only had it once? I am deliberating over whether to get another one^^ But it hurts sooooo much.. You can really experience tears just flowing down your face lol. Anyway, compared with the pain, the effect is rather minor. It is like a factory-style clinic: the doctor performs the procedure and you leave immediately. I do not know whether she was a nursing assistant or an esthetician, but the person wiping me with an alcohol pad beside me had a somewhat unpleasant attitude, haha. When I tried to get up, she said she would finish up, pressed my forehead down with the alcohol pad, and made me lie back down. That was very rude^^
