All the doctors were very nice, but the staff's rudeness was the worst in this neighborhood. When I tried to make an inquiry, they became defensive before I could even start speaking. However, the doctors explained things calmly and well, including the effects of the treatment I wanted. The prices were similar to nearby dermatology clinics. The facilities were so-so, comparable to the dermatology clinics stretching along Gangnam Station Boulevard. Still, I no longer go because of the staff's rudeness. I think the staff member I have in mind is someone I have never actually seen, since I have only heard that person's voice, but I think many people will stop going because of that staff member.
