I am someone who had revision surgery five years ago. It was a third rhinoplasty revision, using functional correction and dermis. I originally had a short nose, but a previous surgery made me look like a long-nosed monkey, so after deliberating, I decided to give the doctor I had known since my time at [Clinic A] one last try. I am extremely satisfied with the result. I think this may be the best line achievable for my facial proportions and bone structure. Most importantly, breathing had become difficult after my previous surgery. There was scar tissue protruding inside my nose that I could simply feel with my finger, and the doctor cleanly removed that too, somehow T_T They also tried to match my uneven nostrils as much as possible. Now that I have gotten older, I recently returned for my first consultation since the surgery because I wondered how a slightly rounder nasal tip might look. The consultation was kind and thorough again, which I appreciated. There was no unnecessary pressure either. I hope the doctor is still actively practicing even when I reach my forties.
