I did not have a particularly large amount of fat under my chin, but it hung down like a pelican's, so I went for a consultation. I liked that they examined it with ultrasound, and that they did not just take a rough look. They said it was more a skin issue than a fat issue, so I also had thread lifting. I was honestly not very favorable toward thread lifting because they said the threads would later generate collagen, but I think I was persuaded by that explanation. The consultation manager had actually undergone surgery and showed me photos. The operating room and clinic building seemed increasingly outdated the higher up they were. There was truly no pain or swelling, and I could barely tell whether the procedure had worked. It was a procedure with such minimal effect that I was not satisfied, perhaps because they performed it almost alongside lower-eyelid fat repositioning. It would probably be better for people with more fat. Fortunately, there were no side effects.
