They explain things in detail through videos and there’s a lot of information on the website too, but the actual consultation with the director is... very, very authoritative, defensive, and hostile. To put it in an analogy, it feels like meeting a professor while you’re already in a bad state, but the professor doesn’t care about your future at all and just wants the consultation to end quickly and for you to leave..?
