I had surgery a long time ago! While shopping around for breast surgery, I had also wanted to make an appointment at Eomnaguomo back then, but just getting an appointment and consultation meant waiting about 2 weeks, and during consultations at other hospitals... whether it was luck... or fate... I’m still grateful to the doctor at the other hospital!! My rib cage is rather wide, and apparently that makes breast surgery a bit more difficult.. That doctor from the other hospital said he would introduce me to one clinic and told me to go there, and he even wrote a referral letter and called them directly! I later found out that place was Eomnaguomo! Wow... Honestly, that’s not easy to do, right..? I’m still grateful to that doctor at the other hospital! I went straight there with the referral letter! I don’t know if they’re still in the ACE building, but it was a one-doctor setup, and the doctor would come out briefly in the middle of surgery to consult, then go right back in. Eomnaguomo was already my first choice, but the consultation process was even better, which was why I booked right away.. I’m not sure if they still do this now, but before meeting the doctor there was a? process 1. You fill out a questionnaire, and it feels incredibly detailed..? For example, what cup size do you want? 1. A 2. A+ 3. A+~B 4. B 5. B+~C Figuring out needs like that felt so fresh! 2. Watch a video about what can happen during breast surgery!! After finishing the questionnaire, the director took me over to the monitor and played a video It was a really raw video... situations that can be dangerous during breast surgery? Things ordinary people would never hear or see anywhere else? From side effects! Nerve damage! Bleeding!!! Videos of the surgery process! Well, since I’d be under anesthesia, it is good to know how the surgery goes, but... it was so novel and shocking!!! It was enough that I thought there might really be people who would go home after watching that video.. But that’s the point.. it really is a dangerous surgery!!! I loved how it made me think carefully and really impressed that fact on me!!! Especially since it’s my surgery, and if they don’t tell me what side effects there are, I wouldn’t know, so I’m really grateful and it made me trust them even more!!! I’m not sure if they still show the video now.. I liked it so much!! 3. I also loved the system where they do a follow-up checkup once a year for 10 years! After the video I met the doctor! I handed over the note from the other hospital doctor, and he carefully checked the questionnaire I had filled out! He took out the implants and explained them, and after I chose, he measured the size! Maybe because he had a lot of experience, he looked at my rib cage first and then went right ahead! He generally followed my opinion, but if there was something he thought wasn’t right, the doctor would clearly say this would be better done this way, and explain it in a way that made sense. I remember that very well!!! After that I greeted the doctor and booked the surgery!!! And I’m not sure if they still do this now, but on the day of surgery, if you told them in advance, after the implants were in and during surgery a guardian could come in, and they could raise the electric bed I was lying on to show it to the guardian. Since I was under general anesthesia! It was like having the guardian look on my behalf..? I went with an older sister I knew, and she looked for me.. After surgery I rested a bit, then they attached the pain pump and the drain, and I went home! The next day I went to the hospital to get disinfected.. then went home.. The day after surgery was really the worst pain of all... but I really felt it on day 3! A true expert is different.. I had the surgery through the armpit and no matter how carefully you do it, you’re bound to disturb a lot of blood vessels.. but really I climbed the hill behind my apartment in just 3 days... And I did it briskly too... I used to think everyone was like that.. but apparently not..? Apparently it’s normal for the chest to feel pulled and hurt even when walking for at least a week, so people just sit still.. As expected, the expert really is the expert... Even after several years now, I’m still very satisfied with the results, and the feel is so natural I could say it’s mine Doctor!!!! A lot of time has passed, but I’m still satisfied and doing well!!! Thank you!!!
