My mother had upper and lower blepharoplasty, and the doctor kindly explained the consultation, matched the exact surgery she wanted, and my mom is satisfied with the surgery too. But when I went with her, the manager wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly either. I couldn't really ask anything, and their tone was stiff, which felt a bit off.
