I had a consultation for double eyelid surgery, and they recommended an incision. I asked whether there would be scars, and they told me not to worry because they would make it natural without leaving scars. I didn't have the surgery, but they were kind. It was probably because the clinic specializes in eyes, so I felt confident in them.
