Upper canthoplasty + double buried-suture, 1.5 million won. At first I was thinking buried-suture, but I said, ‘I’m worried because my eyes seem like they need incision + a bit of ptosis correction,’ and then they said we could proceed with double buried-suture. If the buried sutures come loose later (they said that would happen if the eye-opening strength is insufficient because no ptosis correction was done), then as a second surgery it would have to be incision ptosis correction, or revision surgery (+600,000 won) with incision ptosis correction, they said. Originally they recommended incision ptosis correction + upper canthoplasty, but if I didn’t want an incision, there was also double buried-suture, and they explained medically why the sutures come loose and so on. But they said that about once a year there are people whose buried sutures come undone... I’m probably not one of them, but I’m still uneasy, so I need to think about it a bit more; Upper canthoplasty + incision ptosis correction, 2.1 million won
