The tool they used to set my eyelid line hurt a lot. The words themselves were kind, but because it was a free consultation, it felt like they weren’t really looking at my eyes properly. They said I could do everything I wanted, but I kept wondering, is that actually possible? Other than that, the facility was clean, and the front desk was just appropriately polite, neither too much nor too little.
