I only looked around the city center and this place was close to home, so I made a booking. Other clinics took almost a week just to get an appointment, but here I could get a consultation quickly on the date I wanted, which was nice. I had a consultation about whether surgery was necessary, and I was satisfied. But when I called to make the booking, the staff member's tone was rather curt, which was disappointing.
