Personally, I didn’t like it... I had a follow-up consultation after surgery, and when I brought up my complaints, the doctor kind of blamed the patient.. The staff’s kindness was also disappointing.. Right after surgery, a staff member quickly told me the post-op precautions once, but I was still under anesthesia and half asleep, so I didn’t really catch it. When I asked for a paper with the precautions before leaving, they said, “I already told you earlier, didn’t I?” Was that really the best they could do for the 10 seconds of explanation right after surgery? I did end up getting a note, but still.. not great.
