I had mine when Pretty first opened and they were doing a lot of events, so it was a very cheap case for me. I had Mentor implants and went through the armpit incision. At first they were kind, but over a year and a half of coming in for underarm scar problems, they gradually seemed more tired, and anyway they were completely different from my first impression. It has been about three years since the underarm scar, and the left side still has the surgery mark exactly as it was.. But they did perform scar removal surgery, and for a year and a half they also did Fraxel regularly
