I was satisfied from the consultation all the way through follow-up care. The consultation was long, and they explained everything one by one in a detailed, step-by-step way. Around the time I had surgery, the Allergan textured implant issue had just blown up, and they explained that situation in detail too, recommending implants that fit my condition without being pushy or forcing anything. After surgery I visited often, and there was never a single time I didn’t see the director’s face. I was very satisfied with the follow-up care. The surgery itself was also done really well. It’s been several years since the surgery, and I’m doing very well now.
