The doctor was kind, and the counseling manager was kind too. However, there were a lot of people coming for consultations, and the consultation space felt a bit cramped, so it felt slightly stuffy. Also, the cotton swabs and vinyl gloves I used during the consultation were just laid out there, so it felt a little less clean.
