Review

I had eye surgery here and the director's manner of speaking feels a bit like a con artist, but they do the best they can to make it comfortable and as natural as possible. This is really a place that regulars recommend by word of mouth, so it isn't crowded or anything. Japanese people and foreigners come here a lot too.
