I watched it on YouTube and went just for a consultation first. They were kind, and they told me to ask anything I was curious about, so they treated me in a way that made it feel worthwhile that I took the time to go for a consultation. I liked that they showed me photos of surgeries similar to mine and explained things in detail, and they spoke confidently about the parts I needed, so I felt reassured.
