I went for a consultation last year, and it was a really busy time so there was a bit of a wait. The director looked a little tired, but I remember they spent over an hour consulting with me. They seemed very proud of the surgery. When I had a lot of questions and asked them one by one, they answered everything, which I liked. The manager also didn't pressure me to leave a deposit and just explained the costs well. Overall I liked it. I do want to get the surgery here if I do it, but now that I'm actually thinking about it, I'm scared so I haven't done it yet..
