While I was going around for forehead lift consultations, the manager strongly pushed a system of saying I had to do it that day for this price. I wanted to get the lift done, so I went ahead, but about a month after surgery, when the result was very different from the image I had in mind, if I told the manager about it, after the surgery she would not even show her face, claiming she was busy, and would bring out the staff member who had done the surgery instead. If I expressed my complaints, they would act like they were sick of hearing it, saying things like it’ll be fine. The director was the same. They said it would come down after 3 to 6 months, so I waited, but my face stayed exactly the same even after several months. I’ve given up and plan to get revision surgery at another hospital.
