As of 2023, they just straight-up told me to get an incision. My eye skin is thin and the line is easy to define. They said incision would only work with an in-line fold, but what I was thinking at the time was semi-out. When I said that was too different, they barked at me to just not do it then. They told me to go somewhere else, so I said, oh, okay, and left. Seems like they’ve closed down now?
