I went for a revision eyelid consultation, but the counter staff at reception seemed a bit bothered. They said the waiting time might be long, but I said okay and waited, and it felt like I was brought into the consultation room right away, maybe not even after 5 minutes. The manager was a bit blunt, but the consultation itself was good. I asked if I could consult with the director, but they said director consultations are only available after booking surgery and only on the surgery day.. Since I had to book surgery before I could see the director and the whole point was to trust my eye to them, it felt a bit off that I couldn’t even see the director’s face or get a consultation, so I passed.
