I set the estimated cost to 0 because I was dissatisfied with the phone consultation. I remember they used to promote cleft lip surgery a few years ago, so around 10 o'clock I called to ask about it. When I said I had called about cleft lip surgery, that woman said, 'What is that??' I had nothing to say. When I asked if I could talk to someone else, she just said they were in surgery and it was hard. When I asked what time I should call, she dryly answered after 3 o'clock, and my desire to get more consultation disappeared.
