They kept saying the inner corner must show all of the lacrimal caruncle~~~~ and if they weren’t going to do that, there was no need for surgery, but the result was ridiculous... They made eyes that make no sense. They seem to genuinely not understand how the eyes change and what problems happen when the lacrimal caruncle is fully exposed? + scar, asymmetry in shape, change in impression, all the muscles under the eyes cut, ectropion
