Buried and front canthoplasty both left scars, and for front canthoplasty, saying that the inner corner is normally 100% visible and that it would go back over time, they over-opened it and changed my impression. Reversal of front canthoplasty is a difficult surgery, the success of the surgery is not guaranteed, and it costs much more, so think carefully before deciding.
