I had revision double-eyelid surgery. The price was on the high side, and the director had a very strong opinion, but I liked that. It's been 2 years now. I'm writing this from the morning to level up, so it's a bit messy, so please read comfortably. Before the surgery, I had a strong tendency to open my eyes using my forehead muscles, but now it's much better. In the early consultation, I wanted a dramatic out-line, but I trusted the director's advice and had the surgery. Now people say my eyes look both natural and bigger than before, and I hear a lot of compliments that my eyes look more defined. The faint scar left along the line under my eyebrows is something nobody notices except when a hair salon teacher notices it while cutting my bangs with no makeup on. Like the first comment said, I don't think the scar is something to worry about. After the surgery, I was able to discharge myself and go all the way home alone right away, without feeling much of anything. The swelling was like a plump purple cabbage at first, but it subsided quickly after about 2 weeks. Ah, I wanted epicanthoplasty, but it was my idea, not the director's, and I like it because the inner corners of my eyes are clearer. Since it's more open, it also feels easier to remove eye boogers. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the eye surgery. Every time I pass near Suwon Station on my way to a friend's place, I always think I should stop by and say hello, but then I get lazy and give up.
