I went there by recommendation, and not only the director but also the staff and nurses were all really kind. The director spoke gently, and explained things well. It's so natural that people around me don't even realize I had surgery lol It wasn't the line I had imagined, but there are no upturned nostril issues, no large nostrils, and no surgical scars, so I'm satisfied.
