I went expecting the lifting consultation the most, but I was the most disappointed Especially the director, who handled the consultation so carelessly. Rather than feeling professional, it just felt like everything was annoying to them, and when I asked questions they answered fine, but they looked really tired and purely formal, so I just decided not to do it.
