The kindness level was average. It was helpful that they specifically told me what was impossible. However, I arrived at the time I had booked, but I ended up waiting 20 minutes after six other customers went in first, and I was the last one to get my consultation. When I asked the front desk about it, they said two people had been booked for the same time, so the customer who arrived first was consulted first. But there is only one person doing the consultations. I was very disappointed. If you accept two people for the same time slot... I just don't get it. I did not discuss the cost, so I entered it arbitrarily.
