I even thought maybe I shouldn't get nose surgery at all But at other places they said to put in dermis or silicone, while here they said to try shaving it down first, and if it’s still bumpy, then we can add silicone. They said it looks like we’ll probably need silicone anyway, but still, the possibility of no implant at all made me lean a little toward it. And they said they would only use ear cartilage for the cartilage. Total cost was 3 million won for humps removal + osteotomy + ear cartilage for the tip + silicone.
