The clinic manager and doctor were both very kind. However, they recommended concealer fat repositioning and canthoplasty, but I left them out because the cost was too high, and I am less satisfied. I plan to have concealer fat repositioning later. After lower-eyelid fat repositioning, the dark circles caused by fat disappeared, but as the fat became thinner and my skin tone darkened, a different type of dark circle developed. Since I am less satisfied, I plan to try concealer fat grafting later. I also developed many wrinkles around the aegyo-sal area under my eyes. I already had quite a few eye wrinkles, but as the fat decreased after fat repositioning, wrinkles developed. I can definitely see why the clinic recommended canthoplasty. Regardless of the cost, there was a reason they recommended all of it.
