I went after watching YouTube back when lower eyelid fat repositioning was still uncommon, but when I actually went in for the consultation, I couldn’t even see the director, and when I insisted on seeing him, he looked at me for maybe 3 minutes? He just gave me a look that seemed like a huge hassle and was totally half-hearted. But that doctor went back to Seoul National University Hospital, and now the head doctor there is doing it alone, yet it’s still the same hospital system. The surgical technique doesn’t seem to have improved much, and the counseling manager very blatantly pushes you to choose one thing after another. 그래
