The doctor seems to take pride in their surgical methods. During the consultation, they mainly explained the surgical approach, clearly describing what would be difficult and how they would compensate for it. They also showed me many surgical cases and before-and-after photos without me even asking, which was good. However, they did not ask about or look at the nose shape or photos I wanted. When I mentioned it, they said they would decide after looking at the shape before surgery, so it seems they focus less on creating a specific shape and more on making a natural improvement based on your own nose. After finishing the surgical explanation, the doctor took a few questions, then left saying I should speak with the consultant, so I was disappointed that I could not ask much. They do not seem to prefer using rib or septal cartilage, and mainly use fascia and ear cartilage, so keep that in mind. If you are seeking an extremely natural result and prioritize safety over a dramatic effect, it may be worth visiting. I was somewhat disappointed that they said a shape could not really be designed and discussed only the surgical method throughout the consultation. I did like that they honestly said what could and could not be done.
