They only perform two surgeries a day, and when harvesting ear cartilage, I got the impression that they operate very carefully and cautiously using a method they personally developed, which I liked. But my fear of nose surgery itself didn’t go away, so I put the surgery on hold. In my case, I would not recommend fillers. As for only doing alar reduction, they seemed to suggest against it because my mouth already protrudes a bit, but I can’t remember the exact reason. I was recommended surgery on the bridge of the nose without silicone.
