Taking photos used to stress me out so much, and I wasn't even tired, but I always got asked if I was tired, so I had lower eyelid fat repositioning. Looking back at old photos now, it seems like the residual swelling slowly went down over almost a year, and in my view, about a year and a half after surgery was when my under-eyes were smooth with no hollows and I was the most satisfied. But now the hollows under my eyes have started to come back a bit and they're a little saggy, so it's still better than before surgery, but enough to bother me again a little... Maybe it's because I'm getting older, but I'm wondering if I should get fat grafting.
